Kyle Johnson is one of those twenty something songwriters that just appear from outta nowhere; he’s a resident of Manchester, produces his own music and inject his songs with flourishes of sentiment, positivity and an uncanny uplifting quality. The lyrics are inspired by nature, the planet, space, escapism and the feeling of being alive; 'Senses' is about his appreciation of growing up in a small town despite the inevitable desire to escape for the bright lights and 'Penny' tells the tale of a swashbuckling sci-fi adventurer, who walks on the wild side but loves, and lives her life to the max.
